These terms govern use of ManeFlow, a Memphis Card Company product. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Market intelligence, not a guarantee

ManeFlow provides estimates based on available data. It does not guarantee card identity, authenticity, grade, condition, value, liquidity, future price, transaction outcome, or marketplace acceptance. Values are not appraisals, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Confirm card details, source records, fees, and condition before acting.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You may not misuse the service, evade limits, access another user's information, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, or ingest marketplace data without authorization.

Facebook, Instagram, and ManeBrain

Customers and followers may communicate with Memphis Card Company through its normal Facebook and Instagram accounts. ManeBrain may organize those interactions and prepare draft card-identification, pricing, or reply content for the authorized business owner. An automated draft is not a binding price, purchase offer, acceptance, appraisal, or guarantee. Initial outbound replies require human review and approval. Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through social messages or comments.

Marketplace connections

ManeFlow may prepare listing drafts, imports, and consignment requests. A marketplace listing, purchase, bid, sale, or transfer occurs only through the applicable authorized service and its terms. ManeFlow does not make a binding collection offer unless separately confirmed in writing by an authorized human representative.

Data rights

You retain rights to information and images you lawfully submit. You grant ManeFlow the limited rights needed to process that material and operate requested features. Third-party marketplace, social platform, and catalog data remains subject to its owner's rights and applicable agreements.

Availability and changes

Features, sources, refresh rates, and plans may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider limits, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ManeFlow and Memphis Card Company are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from use of market estimates, missed alerts, data-source changes, or transactions made by users.
